Cooking gyoza

Today I joined the JH second year students for a cooking class. We made gyoza.
Look at these students all wearing bandanas, looking like pirates.
I borrowed a Hello Kitty apron.

Those are mine in the bottom right. Everyone was impressed by my kitchen skills. Once we started running out of wrappers, the boys made that stuffed monstrosity with the last of the ingredients.

Other groups opted to simply fry the excess filling separately.

Their gyoza turned out great, too!

This is ours. They were kind of crammed into the frying pan haphazardly.
They still tasted great, though.

We also made custard for dessert.
Cooking class was fun! They don't happen very often, but I hope I can join the next one, too.

Look at this cute mug!
