Osaka - Kuromon and Dotonbori markets

We took the bullet train to Osaka today. It was a very comfortable ride, like an airplane but with leg room.

There's an internet and manga cafe near where we're staying.
Waku waku, doki doki.

We had simple, cheap udon for lunch.
 Sweet potato cafe.
A big display of balloons and this devil dude outside the Rakuen pachinko parlor.
Dancing cows in front of the Kobe beef grill.
 You need to try it.
Here's the Kuromon seafood market street.
 Pricey urchins, shellfish, crabs, etc.
We got three pretty big ebi for 780 yen. The biggest ebi were 1300-1800 yen each.

 Shrimps, scallops, squids.
The Dotonbori market street had lots of shops with big models on the buildings.
Like this big crab crab. The legs and eyes wiggled around.

Here's a goofy dragon eating ramen.
And some Spider-mans (Spiders-man) crawling around.
 Mitsuru. Big and meaty.
A moving melonbread and cow licking its chops.

 Who's this guy
Apparently "charan poran" means someone who is indecisive and irresponsible.

Don't ever talk to me or my wiggly son ever again.
 This guy doesn't look happy.
Maybe it's just his passion for chicken on a stick.
A big fugu and a soosh.
There's a Glico man, but not the Glico man.
 Another fugu and an octo.
 The biggest ball
 A giant gozers

You can't see us, but we're on that tv screen.

Grilled cheese tomato ramen, cute turtles.
 Sex Machine I think it's a bar.
 A tank of fugu.
 Who are these guys
 Oh! Gyoza
 Hotel BaliAn Resort.
I believe this is Vishnu riding on Garuda.
Love hotel Rose Lips. It really stands out.
 A tiny little fire engine.
 あ!
 Don Quijote. It's huge.
Here he is, the big Glico man.

 A billion of ice creams.

 Only 8383km away from home.
The Don Quijote even had this Ferris wheel-like moving machine.

 AMZA/AAA
Here's a club for Lauren to hang out in.
We spent a long time looking for a good place for dinner. There were a lot of expensive places since we were in the market streets. Eventually we tried to get back to our room and mom saw some elephants so we had Indian food again. You can never have too much.
 Nice puddings for dessert.
Little Chapel. Very cute and classy for a love hotel.
Mickey Cookies, an even cuter love hotel.
I guess the flashy look neglects a significant portion of the market.
