On Sunday I went to Furano with Mark and Mike.
This is a bubble waffle ice cream I got in the parking lot.
This is a smaller flower field, Kanno Farm. The red flowers there make a heart but there's no good place to photograph it. It's completely flat. I guess you'd need a drone?
Here's the bigger, more famous Tomita Farm.
Two kinds of lighting.
The lavender smell was very strong, not a good place for mom.
Stripey fields.
Cute little smellies.
Lavender mascot.
Next to Tomita Farm was the Melon House.
All kinds of melon products.
Sunflowers out front.
A well-made melon balloon.
And little corn cob stools.
Mark posing with the melon.
Yum yum, extra juicy.
Melon boys.
This farm had a viewing platform.
A nice view of the field, the balloon, the town, the mountains.
It was a hot summer day.
